I never got my registration survey
Make sure to check your spam folder. If it's not there, go to our Riot Account Management page and make sure you used the email listed here.
If you just made your Riot Account, it can take up to 24 hours to get your registration survey.
If you changed your email recently, it can take up to 48 hours after you've changed emails to receive the registration survey.
If none of that applies to you, submit a ticket to get help.
I got my registration email, but the survey link doesn't work
Submit a ticket and we'll see what we can do.
I've lost my code
We can only help if your account was invited to Alpha Lab. Codes can only be recover for/redeemed by the accounts they are assigned to. That said, if you received an official invite to Alpha Lab and somehow lost the code, submit a ticket.
