Though you may request data for a specific game, you'll get all the data for your other associated Riot game accounts if applicable.
You can make a data request by submitting a ticket at the bottom of this page. When submitting your ticket, please specify the type of request: “Account Management, Data Requests, or Deletion” and select the "Formal Personal Data Request". After a short process to confirm you as the original creator of the account, you'll receive the following personal information related to your account:
Account Information
- Your Riot ID, username, and associated server(s)
- The phone number attached to your account
- Your registered date of birth
- Login history
- Account modifications
- Player Support ticket history
League of Legends
- Aggregate report history, including reports made and received
- In-game chat logs for the last 3 months (or the past 100 games, if you’ve played more than that in the last 3 months)
- All store transactions (skins, etc.)
- All monetary purchases
VALORANT
- In-game voice comms transcripts and audio recordings
Note: These are generally only preserved when they're checked for violations of our Terms of Service, so transcripts/recordings for most games will be blank, incomplete, or absent. - All store transactions (skins, etc.)

Processing Your Request
Once you make a request, it'll take 30 days to process. Your account data will be available for download as a zipped file via a unique link in your ticket. Please note that this link will expire after 30 days.
You'll need to be on the latest Windows or Mac OS to view these files in your native text editor. If you don't have the latest version, use an RTF text editor like Notepad++.
If you'd like to delete your account as well as retrieve your account's data, make sure you've received the data before submitting a request for account deletion.
Cancelling Your Data Request
You can cancel your request at any time by clicking the cancel link in your ticket. Changing your email or resetting your password will also cancel your request automatically.
