2XKO - Refund Policy

Refund Criteria

Only unused in-game content and unused KO Points purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. As a note, any content unlocked with Credits (regardless of type) are not refundable.

First, it's important to mention that not all in-game content is eligible for a refund; check the list below for refundable content details:

  • Stages
  • Avatar Items
  • Bundles
  • Chroma Packs
  • Earned content
  • Content unlocked with Credits
  • Battle Pass
  • Battle Pass Levels
  • Starter Editions

*Skin Sets are not considered bundle items.

To keep things simple, here's what we need to consider when determining if a content is used:

  • Avatar Items
  • Emotes
  • Stickers
Counts as used when you enter the lobby with this item saved into your loadout.
  • Player Cards
  • Player Titles
Counts as used when saved into your loadout in your Collection.
  • Finishers
  • Taunts
  • Champion
  • Champion skins
  • Chromas
  • Stages
Counts as used when taken into a matchmade game.
E.g., when you’ve reached the loading screen for a PvE or PvP match (but not Training Mode) with that content equipped.

Bundle Refund Policy

Bundles are non-refundable.  If you purchase an item individually and later purchase a bundle including that same item, then the original item purchased becomes non-refundable as well.

Starter Editions

Although Starter Editions are purchased with cash and not with KO Points, they follow the same bundle refund guidelines—which is why they are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Easy-peasy! If the content you want to refund meets all the guidelines, Submit a request and we'll be with you in no time.

Other

If a minor and/or other member of your family has made a purchase without your consent, please contact Player Support so we can investigate further.
