If 2XKO is crashing or otherwise not working right, including logs in your support ticket can help us get you back in the ring even faster.
Logs for 2XKO on PC
We usually need four types of logs (some have multiple logs, adding up to 7 logs in total) to help you out—two from 2XKO, one from the Riot Client, one from Vanguard, and three from your System Logs. We realize that's a lot of logs, but this will go a long way in making 2XKO better faster. Some of them can be automatically gathered by our trusty-rusty Riot Repair Tool; you just need to install it, run it as Admin, and select the 2XKO option.
For the remaining logs, they can be found in these directories:
-
2XKO Logs
- C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Lion\Saved\Logs\Lion.log
- C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Lion\Saved\Logs\Lion-backup-<timestamp>.log
- <timestamp> will be formatted as yyyy.mm.dd-hh24.mm.ss
-
Riot Client Logs
- C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Riot Games\Riot Client\Logs\Riot Client Logs
-
Vanguard Logs
- C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\Logs
Try to get the logs with timestamps that are close to when the error you're troubleshooting occurred. If you can't find that particular log, then look for logs made within the last 48 hours. Sorting files by Date modified may help you find the right time.
