Some Xbox Series X players may experience issues connecting to online services in 2XKO. While we continue to investigate, a temporary network setting adjustment may help you get back into the game.
Only try the steps below if you feel comfortable changing console network settings. If you'd rather not try these steps, we get it! Rest assured we are actively looking into the issue, and working on a fix to get you back into the fight!
Try Changing Your Network Port
- From your Xbox dashboard, go to:
Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings - Select Manual under port selection
- Choose a different port from the available list
- Full close 2XKO
- Relaunch the game and check if you can connect successfully
Still unable to connect
If after following the steps above you're still unable to connect:
- Repeat the steps above and select a different port
- Try a few options until one allows the game to connect successfully
