If there's something you gotta let us know right now, 2XKO's devs will be keeping a close eye on the #2XKO_AlphaLab tag across all our social channels:
Besides that, all participants will get a survey once Alpha Lab is finished. If you have a lot to say or want to see how the whole Alpha Lab goes before sharing your thoughts, that's your best bet.
Reporting 2XKO Alpha Lab Bugs
Before writing in, take a look at our Known 2XKO Issues and Solutions to see if the answer to your problem is just waiting to be found.
If it's not there or you're still having issues, submit a bug report ticket. For your best shot at a either fixing the problem or contributing to an eventual fix, we hope you'll include:
- A detailed description of the bug
- Game logs
- Any other evidence you may have, like screenshots or video.
Finally, thank you for letting us know. We know it sucks to run into any kind of error when you're just trying to play, but you'll always have our appreciation for helping us find and fix issues as we continue working on the game.
